Top 5 Juice Combos

TGIF everyone! Let's talk about my favorite juices shall we? First of all, I should let you know that I'm not a juice expert. Last year I had a weird obsession about juicing because it is super healthy and it changed  my life in a good way. Now I know some of you may not like this type of method for staying healthy or losing weight coz it's a lot of work, blah blah blah your objections. Consistency is the key and this is the natural way to do it. NO TO DIET PILLS, like seriously!

1. Garden Juice

Ingredients:
1 bunch of parsley
1-2 green apples
2 cucumbers
2 celery stalks
1 lemon

2. Double Citrus Carrot Juice

Ingredients:
4 carrots
4 celery stalks
2 oranges
2 lemons

3. Golden Sun Juice

Ingredients:
1/4 large pineapple
1/2 yellow bell pepper
2 celery stalks
1/2 grapefruit
1in. piece of ginger
1in. peice of fresh tumeric

4. Glowing Orange & Electrolyte Juice

Ingredients:
5 medium to large carrots
2 celery stalks
1/2 medium to large tomato
1in. ginger
1 large handful of romaine

5. Watermelon Juice

Ingredients:
1/4 watermelon
10 strawberries
2 large celery stalks

BTW, juicing does not mean you have to starve yourselves to death and not eating anything. That is suicide, not cleansing. Check out my Clean Eating Routine to go with your juice!
